If the notification of a marriage or registered partnership as referred to in Article 44 or Article 80a, paragraph 3, respectively, of Book 1 of the Civil Code is made by electronic means, the prospective spouses or prospective partners, respectively, shall also provide their citizen service number to the registrar of births, deaths, marriages and registered partnerships.
If the notification of death is made by electronic means, the person making the notification shall also provide the Registrar of Births, Deaths, Marriages and Registered Partnerships with the citizen service number of the deceased as well as a statement from the physician who established the death.
Indien de kennisgeving van een huwelijk of geregistreerd partnerschap als bedoeld in artikel 44 respectievelijk artikel 80a, derde lid, van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek langs elektronische weg wordt gedaan, verstrekken de aanstaande echtgenoten respectievelijk aanstaande partners aan de ambtenaar van de burgerlijke stand tevens hun burgerservicenummer.
Indien de aangifte van overlijden langs elektronische weg wordt gedaan, verstrekt de persoon die de aangifte doet aan de ambtenaar van de burgerlijke stand tevens het burgerservicenummer van de overledene alsmede een verklaring van de arts die het overlijden heeft vastgesteld.
