The provisional death certificate, referred to in Article 19g, paragraph 3, of Book 1 of the Civil Code, shall state as far as possible the data mentioned in Article 61.
De voorlopige akte van overlijden, bedoeld in artikel 19 g, derde lid, van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, vermeldt voor zoveel mogelijk de gegevens genoemd in artikel 61.
