The administrator of the central repository shall draw up a statement regarding the transfer, which shall include a specification of the transferred documents or of the other data carriers. He shall keep a copy of the statement signed by him.
Van de overbrenging maakt de beheerder van de centrale bewaarplaats een verklaring op, die een specificatie van de overgebrachte stukken dan wel van de andere gegevensdragers inhoudt. Hij bewaart een door hem ondertekend exemplaar van de verklaring.
