in forceOur Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations shall, within five years after the date of entry into force of this Decree, submit a report to the States General on the effectiveness and the effects of this Decree in practice. Subsequently, a report shall be submitted to the States General every five years regarding the effectiveness and the effects of the level of the liberalisation threshold, as referred to in Article 2, paragraph 1, of the Housing Prices Decree (Besluit huurprijzen woonruimte).
Onze Minister van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijkrelaties zendt binnen vijf jaar na het tijdstip van inwerkingtreding van dit besluit aan de Staten-Generaal een verslag over de doeltreffendheid en de effecten van dit besluit in de praktijk. Vervolgens wordt telkens na vijf jaar een verslag gezonden aan de Staten-Generaal over de doeltreffendheid en de effecten van de hoogte van de liberalisatiegrens, bedoeld in artikel 2, eerste lid, van het Besluit huurprijzen woonruimte.
