Article 21
in forceIf a laboratory other than the laboratory of the Netherlands Forensic Institute intends to terminate its activities in the field of blood testing or supplementary blood testing, that laboratory shall ensure that the blood, the copies of the reports referred to in Article 16, paragraph 2, which are kept at that laboratory, and the associated data referred to in Article 15, are transferred to that institute prior to the termination of those activities, unless the laboratory merges with another laboratory as referred to in Article 14, paragraph 2. In the latter case, the blood, the copies of the reports and the associated data shall be kept at that other laboratory.
Indien een ander laboratorium dan het laboratorium van het Nederlands Forensisch Instituut voornemens is zijn werkzaamheden op het terrein van het bloedonderzoek of het aanvullend bloedonderzoek te beëindigen, zorgt dat laboratorium ervoor dat het bloed, de afschriften van de verslagen, bedoeld in artikel 16, tweede lid, die bij dat laboratorium worden bewaard, en de daarbij behorende gegevens, bedoeld in artikel 15, voor de beëindiging van die werkzaamheden aan dat instituut worden overgedragen, tenzij het laboratorium fuseert met een ander laboratorium als bedoeld in artikel 14, tweede lid. In het laatste geval worden het bloed, de afschriften van de verslagen en de daarbij behorende gegevens in dat andere laboratorium bewaard.
