in forceThe investigating officer shall, within one week of receipt of the report referred to in Article 16, paragraph 2, inform the suspect in writing of the result of the blood test and of the right to a counter-analysis, and shall state therein the trace identification number referred to in Article 16, paragraph 4, under b.
De opsporingsambtenaar stelt de verdachte binnen een week na ontvangst van het verslag, bedoeld in artikel 16, tweede lid, schriftelijk in kennis van het resultaat van het bloedonderzoek en van het recht op tegenonderzoek en vermeldt daarbij het sporenidentificatienummer, bedoeld in artikel 16, vierde lid, onder b.
