The regulations issued pursuant to the Act of 14 June 1930 (Stb. 244), containing provisions for the prevention of double taxation, shall be deemed to have been issued pursuant to Chapter VII.
De krachtens de wet van 14 Juni 1930 (Stb. 244), houdende bepalingen tot voorkoming van dubbele belasting, uitgevaardigde voorschriften worden geacht krachtens Hoofdstuk VII te zijn uitgevaardigd.
