In the event of an appeal against a decision on an objection concerning an order as referred to in Article 32 or 33, the court shall uphold the decision if it appears that the legal act described in the order satisfies the conditions set for the application of Article 31, and shall quash the decision if this is not the case.
In geval van beroep tegen een uitspraak op een bezwaarschrift betreffende een beschikking als bedoeld in artikel 32 of 33, handhaaft de rechtbank de uitspraak indien blijkt, dat de in de beschikking omschreven rechtshandeling voldoet aan de voor de toepassing van artikel 31 gestelde voorwaarden, en vernietigt het de uitspraak indien dit niet het geval is.
