By way of derogation from Article 8:79, paragraph 2, of the General Administrative Law Act, the provision of copies or extracts to persons other than the parties in accordance with that provision shall take place with the authorisation of the Supreme Court.

Article 27g, paragraph 2, shall apply mutatis mutandis.

In afwijking van artikel 8:79, tweede lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht geschiedt de verstrekking overeenkomstig die bepaling van afschriften of uittreksels aan anderen dan partijen met machtiging van de Hoge Raad.

Artikel 27g, tweede lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
