In the event of the withdrawal of the appeal in cassation by Our Minister, Our Minister may, at the request of the interested party, be ordered to pay the costs in a separate decision, with corresponding application of Article 8:75 of the General Administrative Law Act.
The registrar shall without delay send a copy of the withdrawal, signed by him as a true copy, to that interested party.
Articles 6:5 up to and including 6:9, 6:11, 6:14, 6:15, 6:17, 6:21 and 8:75a, second paragraph, first and second sentences, of the General Administrative Law Act shall apply mutatis mutandis, as well as Articles 29c and 29d.
In geval van intrekking van het beroep in cassatie door Onze Minister, kan Onze Minister op verzoek van de belanghebbende bij afzonderlijke uitspraak met overeenkomstige toepassing van artikel 8:75 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht in de kosten worden veroordeeld.
De griffier zendt een door hem voor eensluidend getekend afschrift van de intrekking onverwijld aan die belanghebbende.
De artikelen 6:5 tot en met 6:9, 6:11, 6:14, 6:15, 6:17, 6:21 en 8:75a, tweede lid, eerste en tweede volzin, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing, alsmede de artikelen 29c en 29d.
