Article 27ge

Without prejudice to the situation where the answer to the question referred to in Article 27ga is no longer necessary for the decision on the appeal, the court shall decide, after having given the parties the opportunity to submit their written observations on the ruling of the Supreme Court, in accordance with that ruling.
Behoudens indien het antwoord op de vraag, bedoeld in artikel 27ga, niet meer nodig is om op het beroep te beslissen, beslist de rechtbank, nadat zij partijen de gelegenheid heeft gegeven zich schriftelijk over de uitspraak van de Hoge Raad uit te laten, met inachtneming van deze uitspraak.
