If the appeal is directed against the failure of the inspector to render a decision in a timely manner, the court may determine that Chapter VIII, Section 2, shall remain applicable for a period to be determined by the court.
Indien het beroep is gericht tegen het niet tijdig doen van een uitspraak door de inspecteur, kan de rechtbank bepalen dat hoofdstuk VIII, afdeling 2, gedurende een daarbij te bepalen termijn van toepassing blijft.
