For the application of Articles 21d and 21j, the term ex officio reduction shall also include a revision as referred to in Article 9.5, paragraph 1, of the Income Tax Act 2001 (Wet inkomstenbelasting 2001).
Voor de toepassing van de artikelen 21d en 21j wordt onder ambtshalve vermindering mede verstaan een herziening als bedoeld in artikel 9.5, eerste lid, van de Wet inkomstenbelasting 2001.
