For the purpose of the prosecution and trial of the facts for which the officials referred to in Article 44 are charged with the investigation, Our Minister may, in agreement with Our Minister of Justice and Security, designate officials of the Benefits Service (Dienst Toeslagen) who shall maintain contact with the Public Prosecution Service.
Ten dienste van de vervolging en berechting van de feiten waarvan de ambtenaren, bedoeld in artikel 44, zijn belast met de opsporing kan Onze Minister, in overeenstemming met Onze Minister van Justitie en Veiligheid, ambtenaren van de Dienst Toeslagen aanwijzen die het contact onderhouden met het openbaar ministerie.
