The amount of the compensation referred to in Article 43a, paragraph 1, shall be determined by Order in Council, and rules may be laid down regarding the liability for the payment of the compensation.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur wordt de hoogte van de vergoeding, bedoeld in artikel 43a, eerste lid, vastgesteld en kunnen regelen worden gesteld omtrent de verschuldigdheid van de vergoeding.
