Any person who intentionally fails to provide a statement as referred to in Article 15g, or who intentionally makes an incorrect statement in such a declaration, shall be punished by detention for a term not exceeding three months or a fine of the third category. The act shall be considered a summary offence (overtreding).
Degene die een opgave als bedoeld in artikel 15g opzettelijk nalaat dan wel in een dergelijke opgave opzettelijk een onjuiste mededeling doet, wordt gestraft met hechtenis van ten hoogste drie maanden of geldboete van de derde categorie. Het feit wordt beschouwd als een overtreding.
