If a work has been created according to the design of another person and under their direction and supervision, that person shall be regarded as the maker of that work.
Indien een werk is tot stand gebracht naar het ontwerp van een ander en onder diens leiding en toezicht, wordt deze als de maker van dat werk aangemerkt.
