Our Minister shall determine the compensation due for the costs of the documents drawn up on the basis of this Act and the provisions based thereon, as well as the compensation due for the costs of processing an application for an exemption, unless this relates to the categories of labour distinguished in Article 5:12, second paragraph.
Our Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management shall determine the fee due for the costs of the documents drawn up or means issued, pursuant to this Act and the provisions based thereon for the categories of work distinguished in Article 5:12, second paragraph, as well as the fee due for the costs of the processing of an application for an exemption for those distinguished categories of work.
The fee associated with the approval, the supervision and the recognition, as referred to in Article 9:1, as well as the method of payment thereof, shall be established by the Netherlands Vehicle Authority (Dienst Wegverkeer) and may be set differently for various forms of supervision and various types of recognitions. Article 4q, paragraph 1, of the Road Traffic Act 1994 (Wegenverkeerswet 1994) shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Onze Minister stelt de vergoeding vast die verschuldigd is voor de kosten van de stukken, opgemaakt op grond van deze wet en de daarop berustende bepalingen alsmede de vergoeding, verschuldigd voor de kosten van de behandeling van een ontheffingsaanvraag, tenzij zulks betrekking heeft op de in artikel 5:12, tweede lid, onderscheiden categorieën van arbeid.
Onze Minister van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat stelt de vergoeding vast die verschuldigd is voor de kosten van de stukken, opgemaakt of middelen afgegeven, op grond van deze wet en de daarop berustende bepalingen voor de in artikel 5:12, tweede lid, onderscheiden categorieën van arbeid, alsmede de vergoeding, verschuldigd voor de kosten van de behandeling van een ontheffingsaanvraag voor die onderscheiden categorieën van arbeid.
Het aan het goedkeuren, aan het toezicht en aan de erkenning, bedoeld in artikel 9:1, verbonden tarief alsmede de wijze van betaling daarvan worden vastgesteld door de Dienst Wegverkeer en kunnen voor verschillende vormen van toezicht en verschillende soorten van erkenningen verschillend worden gesteld. Artikel 4q, eerste lid, van de Wegenverkeerswet 1994 is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
