For the purposes of this paragraph, the following definitions shall apply:

vehicle: a motor vehicle and a tractor;

registration mark: the registration mark under which a vehicle is registered abroad.

For the purposes of this paragraph, "motor vehicle", "tractor" and "driver" shall have the meanings assigned to them in Article 4, point (b) and point (c) respectively, of Regulation (EC) No 561/2006.

Voor de toepassing van deze paragraaf wordt verstaan onder:

voertuig: een motorrijtuig en een trekker;

kenteken: het kenteken waaronder een voertuig in het buitenland is geregistreerd.

Voor de toepassing van deze paragraaf wordt verstaan onder «motorrijtuig», «trekker» en «bestuurder», hetgeen daaronder wordt verstaan in artikel 4, onderdeel b, onderscheidenlijk onderdeel c, van Verordening (EG) nr. 561/2006.
