Our Minister shall supervise the lawful and effective implementation of the provisions of and pursuant to this Act by institutions designated pursuant to Article 20, paragraph 2.
Onze Minister ziet toe op de rechtmatige en doeltreffende uitvoering van het bepaalde bij en krachtens deze wet door krachtens artikel 20, tweede lid, aangewezen instellingen.
