By Order in Council, and subject to conditions to be stipulated therein, it may be determined that, for the application of Articles 55 and 56, residing outside the Netherlands shall be treated as equivalent to residing within the Netherlands.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur kan onder daarbij te stellen voorwaarden worden bepaald, dat voor de toepassing van de artikelen 55 en 56 het wonen buiten Nederland wordt gelijkgesteld met het wonen in Nederland.
