By way of derogation from Article 7:10, paragraph 1, of the General Administrative Law Act, the Social Insurance Bank shall decide within thirteen weeks, calculated from the day after the period for submitting the notice of objection has expired.
In afwijking van artikel 7:10, eerste lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht beslist de Sociale verzekeringsbank binnen dertien weken gerekend vanaf de dag na die waarop de termijn voor het indienen van het bezwaarschrift is verstreken.
