Ministerial regulations may establish rules regarding the period for which a deferral of payment of the administrative fine may be granted, as well as regarding the amount to be set off pursuant to Article 17i, paragraph 1 or 2, and the period or periods within which such set-off shall take place.
Bij ministeriële regeling kunnen regels worden gesteld omtrent de termijn waarvoor uitstel van betaling van de bestuurlijke boete kan worden verleend alsmede omtrent de hoogte van het op grond van artikel 17i, eerste of tweede lid, te verrekenen bedrag en de termijn of termijnen waarbinnen deze verrekening plaatsvindt.
