The IND shall also grant the residence permit, as referred to in Article 3.50, paragraph 1, opening words and under (a) and (b) of the Aliens Decree (Vreemdelingenbesluit), to the foreign national who:
has reached the age of majority in the year following the granting of his residence permit in the context of residence as a family or household member; or
still factually resides with his parent(s) and whose family ties have not been severed and who meets the conditions of Article 3.50 Vb.
De IND verleent de verblijfsvergunning, als bedoeld in artikel 3.50, eerste lid, aanhef en onder a en b, Vb ook aan de vreemdeling die:
in het jaar na zijn verblijfsaanvaarding in het kader van verblijf als familie- of gezinslid meerderjarig is geworden; of
nog feitelijk bij zijn ouder(s) woont en van wie de gezinsband niet is verbroken en voldoet aan de voorwaarden van artikel 3.50 Vb.
