During the custody, the creditor may only purge his default by accepting that which has been placed in custody.
2.
As long as the creditor has not accepted that which has been placed in custody, the depositor is authorised to withdraw it from custody.

Gedurende de bewaring kan de schuldeiser zijn verzuim slechts zuiveren door het in bewaring gestelde te aanvaarden.
2.
Zolang de schuldeiser het in bewaring gestelde niet heeft aanvaard, is de bewaargever bevoegd het uit de bewaring terug te nemen.
