Without prejudice to his liability for damage caused by his maladministration, the guardian may perform all acts for the minor which he deems necessary, useful, or desirable in the minor's interest, subject to the provisions of the following articles.
De voogd kan, onverminderd zijn aansprakelijkheid voor de door zijn slecht bewind veroorzaakte schade, voor de minderjarige alle handelingen verrichten, die hij in diens belang noodzakelijk, nuttig of wenselijk acht, behoudens het bepaalde bij de volgende artikelen.
