In the event of the prevention or absence of the assigned counsel, another counsel shall, if necessary, be assigned to the foreign national without delay.
At the request of the assigned counsel or of the foreign national, another counsel may be assigned.
The assignment of another counsel shall be carried out by the office referred to in Article 100, paragraph 2 or 3.
If the impediment or absence of the counsel only becomes apparent during the hearing pursuant to Articles 94, 96 and 96a, the presiding judge of the chamber shall issue an order for the assignment of another counsel to the office referred to in Article 100, paragraph 2 or 3.
Bij verhindering of ontstentenis van de toegevoegde raadsman wordt zo nodig aan de vreemdeling onverwijld een andere raadsman toegevoegd.
Op verzoek van de toegevoegde raadsman of van de vreemdeling kan een andere raadsman worden toegevoegd.
Toevoeging van een andere raadsman geschiedt door het bureau bedoeld in artikel 100, tweede of derde lid.
Blijkt van de verhindering of ontstentenis van de raadsman pas tijdens het gehoor ingevolge de artikelen 94, 96 en 96a, dan geeft de voorzitter van de kamer last tot toevoeging van een andere raadsman aan het bureau bedoeld in artikel 100, tweede of derde lid.
