Article 1.2

In this decree, the following definitions shall apply:
a.
travel visa: the visa as referred to in Article 2, point 2, under a, of Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community Code on Visas (Visa Code);
b.
transit visa: the visa as referred to in Article 2, point 2, under (b), of the Visa Code.
In dit besluit wordt verstaan onder:
a.
reisvisum: het visum, bedoeld in artikel 2, punt 2, onder a, van de Verordening nr. 810/2009/EG van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 13 juli 2009 tot vaststelling van een gemeenschappelijke Visumcode (Visumcode);
b.
doorreisvisum: het visum, bedoeld in artikel 2, punt 2, onder b, van de Visumcode.
