Article 670

The official record of the unsealing must contain:
the day and hour on which it is made;
name, first name and domicile or elected domicile of the person who has petitioned for the removal of the seals;
mention of the leave for the removal of seals;
mention of the communications referred to in Article 669;
the appearance of the parties and their remarks;
the recognition of the seals and the finding thereof as intact and unimpaired, or if they should not be so, the statement of the condition in which they are found.
Het proces-verbaal van de ontzegeling moet bevatten:
dag en uur waarop zij gedaan wordt;
naam, voornaam en woonplaats of gekozen woonplaats van hem die de ontzegeling verzocht heeft;
vermelding van het verlof tot ontzegeling;
vermelding van de in artikel 669 bedoelde mededelingen;
de verschijning van partijen en hun opmerkingen;
de herkenning van de zegels en de bevinding daarvan als gaaf en ongeschonden, of indien zij dit niet mochten zijn, de vermelding van de toestand waarin zij worden bevonden.
