Article 669

The persons referred to in Article 660 under 1° and 3° under (a) and the person who has requested the sealing shall be notified by the notary of the time of the unsealing at least twenty-four hours in advance. The same shall apply to a creditor of the estate or community who has timely communicated his desire thereto to the notary, stating his claim and his place of residence.
De in artikel 660 onder 1° en 3° onder a bedoelde personen en degene die de verzegeling heeft uitgelokt worden door de notaris ten minste vierentwintig uur tevoren van het tijdstip van ontzegeling op de hoogte gesteld. Hetzelfde geldt voor de schuldeiser van de nalatenschap of gemeenschap die zijn verlangen daartoe tijdig aan de notaris heeft medegedeeld met opgave van zijn vordering en van zijn woonplaats.
