By way of derogation from Article 705, the petition for the dissolution of the seafarer's employment agreement, as referred to in Articles 671b and 671c, may also be submitted to the subdistrict court judge (kantonrechter) who has jurisdiction pursuant to Articles 99, 100 and 107 through 109 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering).
In afwijking van artikel 705 kan het verzoek om ontbinding van de zee-arbeidsovereenkomst, bedoeld in de artikelen 671b en 671c, mede worden gedaan aan de ingevolge de artikelen 99, 100 en 107 tot en met 109 van het Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering bevoegde kantonrechter.
