The fee charged by the trader to the consumer for the use of a specific means of payment shall not exceed the costs of the use thereof for the trader.
The fee charged by the trader to the consumer for telephone contact regarding the contract concluded between them and the consumer shall not exceed the basic rate. Further rules regarding the composition and the amount of the basic rate may be established by ministerial regulation.
De vergoeding die de handelaar aan de consument vraagt voor het gebruik van een bepaald betaalmiddel bedraagt ten hoogste de kosten van het gebruik daarvan voor de handelaar.
De vergoeding die de handelaar bij de consument in rekening brengt voor telefonisch contact over de tussen hem en de consument gesloten overeenkomst bedraagt ten hoogste het basistarief. Bij ministeriële regeling kunnen nadere regels over de samenstelling en hoogte van het basistarief worden vastgesteld.
