The UWV may charge the own-risk bearer (eigenrisicodrager) for costs related to the payment of the benefit by the UWV and the recovery from the own-risk bearer, as referred to in Article 84, paragraph 3.
The UWV shall, upon application, reimburse the self-risk bearer or the bank or insurer referred to in Article 40, second paragraph, of the Social Insurance Funding Act (Wet financiering sociale verzekeringen) for the loss incurred by such party as a result of the application of Article 117, first paragraph.
Het UWV kan bij de eigenrisicodrager kosten in rekening brengen ter zake van de betaling van de uitkering door het UWV en het verhaal op de eigenrisicodrager, bedoeld in artikel 84, derde lid.
Het UWV vergoedt aan de eigenrisicodrager of de bank of verzekeraar, bedoeld in artikel 40, tweede lid, van de Wet financiering sociale verzekeringen op aanvraag de schade die deze lijdt door toepassing van artikel 117, eerste lid.
