Insofar as the waiting period of the insured person commenced prior to the entry into force of Article 28, Articles 88, paragraph 1, subparagraph (a), and 89, paragraph 1, subparagraph (a), shall also be read as: the insured person has failed to comply, or failed to comply properly, with the obligations referred to in Articles 25 or 28 of the Invalidity Insurance Act (Wet op de arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering).
Voorzover de wachttijd van de verzekerde is aangevangen voor de inwerkingtreding van artikel 28, wordt in de artikelen 88, eerste lid, onderdeel a, en 89, eerste lid, onderdeel a, mede gelezen: de verzekerde verplichtingen, bedoeld in de artikelen 25 of 28 van de Wet op de arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering, niet of niet behoorlijk is nagekomen.
