In deviation from Article 7:10, paragraph 1, of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht), the UWV shall decide within thirteen weeks calculated from the day following that on which the period for submitting the notice of objection has expired.
In afwijking van artikel 7:10, eerste lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht beslist het UWV binnen dertien weken gerekend vanaf de dag na die waarop de termijn voor het indienen van het bezwaarschrift is verstreken.
