The claims of the employee and third parties against the employer, as referred to in Article 64, paragraph 1, shall pass to the UWV insofar as these claims are satisfied by the UWV.
The UWV shall recover the contributions due by employers pursuant to the Social Insurance Funding Act (Wet financiering sociale verzekeringen) in respect of the benefit referred to in this Chapter from the employer.
The claims of the UWV, referred to in the second paragraph, are privileged over all assets of the employer and take precedence over all other privileges with the exception of those under Articles 287 and 288, subparagraph (a), as well as those under Article 284 of Book 3 of the Civil Code.
De vorderingen van de werknemer en derden op de werkgever, bedoeld in artikel 64, eerste lid, gaan over op het UWV, voorzover deze vorderingen door het UWV worden voldaan.
Het UWV verhaalt de door werkgevers verschuldigde premies op grond van Wet financiering sociale verzekeringen over de uitkering, bedoeld in dit hoofdstuk, op de werkgever.
De vorderingen van het UWV, bedoeld in het tweede lid, zijn bevoorrecht op alle goederen van de werkgever en gaan boven alle andere voorrechten met uitzondering van die van de artikelen 287 en 288 onder a, alsmede die van artikel 284 van Boek 3 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek.
