In very exceptional and urgent cases, Our Minister may temporarily lift the declaration of undesirability. Conditions shall be attached to the temporary lifting regarding the place of entry and the duration of the stay in the Netherlands.
In zeer uitzonderlijke en dringende gevallen kan Onze Minister de ongewenstverklaring tijdelijk opheffen. Aan de tijdelijke opheffing worden voorwaarden gesteld omtrent de plaats van binnenkomst en de duur van het verblijf in Nederland.
