The sponsor of a foreign national who resides or wishes to reside in the Netherlands for the purpose of study in secondary education or vocational education, shall include in the records with respect to the foreign national for whom he is the sponsor:
a proof of enrolment of the foreign national at the educational institution;
a registration of the study progress of the foreign national;
a piece of evidence demonstrating that the Netherlands is the most appropriate forum;
a document of evidence demonstrating that the foreign national can make a positive contribution to his country;
the supporting documents forming the basis of the personal declaration submitted with the application for admission of the foreign national, in which the institution states that the foreign national independently and sustainably possesses sufficient means of support;
the personal declaration or personal declarations in which the foreign national, after admission, declares annually to have independent and sustainable access to sufficient means of support;
the declaration of antecedents completed and signed by the foreign national, as referred to in Article 3.77, paragraph 11, of the Decree.
By way of derogation from the first paragraph, the sponsor of a foreign national who resides or wishes to reside in the Netherlands for the purpose of following the International Baccalaureate diploma programme shall, with respect to the foreign national for whom he is the sponsor, include in the records:
a proof of registration of the foreign national at the educational institution;
a registration of the study progress of the foreign national;
the supporting documents forming the basis of the personal declaration submitted with the application for admission of the foreign national, in which the institution states that the foreign national independently and sustainably possesses sufficient means of support;
the personal declaration or personal declarations in which the foreign national, after admission, declares annually to have independent and sustainable access to sufficient means of support;
a document proving that the International Baccalaureate diploma programme is being followed by the foreign national;
the declaration of antecedents completed and signed by the foreign national, as referred to in Article 3.77, paragraph 11, of the Decree.
The sponsor of a foreign national who resides or wishes to reside in the Netherlands for the purpose of study at level 4 of secondary vocational education shall include in the records regarding the foreign national for whom he is the sponsor:
a proof of registration of the foreign national at the educational institution;
a registration of the study progress of the foreign national;
the supporting documents forming the basis of the personal declaration submitted with the application for admission of the foreign national, in which the institution states that the foreign national independently and sustainably possesses sufficient means of support;
the declaration of antecedents completed and signed by the foreign national, as referred to in Article 3.77, paragraph 11, of the Decree.
The sponsor of a foreign national who resides or wishes to reside in the Netherlands for the purpose of following the International Baccalaureate diploma programme shall include in the records, with regard to their position as a sponsor, proof of their accreditation by the International Baccalaureate Organisation.
De referent van een vreemdeling die in Nederland verblijft of wil verblijven in het kader van studie aan het voortgezet onderwijs of beroepsonderwijs, neemt met betrekking tot de vreemdeling wiens referent hij is in de administratie op:
een bewijs van inschrijving van de vreemdeling aan de onderwijsinstelling;
een registratie van de studievoortgang van de vreemdeling;
een bewijsstuk waaruit blijkt dat Nederland het meest aangewezen land is;
een bewijsstuk waaruit blijkt dat de vreemdeling een positieve bijdrage kan leveren aan zijn land;
de bewijsstukken die ten grondslag hebben gelegen aan de eigen verklaring bij de aanvraag om toelating van de vreemdeling, waarin de instelling stelt dat de vreemdeling zelfstandig en duurzaam beschikt over voldoende middelen van bestaan;
de eigen verklaring of eigen verklaringen waarin de vreemdeling na toelating jaarlijks verklaart zelfstandig en duurzaam te beschikken over voldoende middelen van bestaan;
de door de vreemdeling ingevulde en ondertekende antecedentenverklaring, bedoeld in artikel 3.77, elfde lid, van het Besluit.
In afwijking van het eerste lid neemt de referent van een vreemdeling die in Nederland verblijft of wil verblijven in het kader van het volgen van het Internationaal Baccalaureaat diplomaprogramma, met betrekking tot de vreemdeling wiens referent hij is in de administratie op:
een bewijs van inschrijving van de vreemdeling aan de onderwijsinstelling;
een registratie van de studievoortgang van de vreemdeling;
de bewijsstukken die ten grondslag hebben gelegen aan de eigen verklaring bij de aanvraag om toelating van de vreemdeling, waarin de instelling stelt dat de vreemdeling zelfstandig en duurzaam beschikt over voldoende middelen van bestaan;
de eigen verklaring of eigen verklaringen waarin de vreemdeling na toelating jaarlijks verklaart zelfstandig en duurzaam te beschikken over voldoende middelen van bestaan;
een bewijsstuk waaruit blijkt dat door de vreemdeling het Internationale Baccalaureaat diplomaprogramma wordt gevolgd;
de door de vreemdeling ingevulde en ondertekende antecedentenverklaring, bedoeld in artikel 3.77, elfde lid, van het Besluit.
De referent van een vreemdeling die in Nederland verblijft of wil verblijven in het kader van studie aan het middelbaar beroepsonderwijs niveau 4, neemt met betrekking tot de vreemdeling wiens referent hij is in de administratie op:
een bewijs van inschrijving van de vreemdeling aan de onderwijsinstelling;
een registratie van de studievoortgang van de vreemdeling;
de bewijsstukken die ten grondslag hebben gelegen aan de eigen verklaring bij de aanvraag om toelating van de vreemdeling, waarin de instelling stelt dat de vreemdeling zelfstandig en duurzaam beschikt over voldoende middelen van bestaan;
de door de vreemdeling ingevulde en ondertekende antecedentenverklaring, bedoeld in artikel 3.77, elfde lid, van het Besluit.
De referent van een vreemdeling, die in Nederland verblijft of wil verblijven in het kader van het volgen van het Internationaal Baccalaureaat diplomaprogramma neemt met betrekking tot zijn positie als referent in de administratie een bewijs van zijn accreditatie door de Internationale Baccalaureaat Organisatie op.
