With respect to the processing of an application for the granting, amendment or extension of a residence permit as referred to in Article 14 of the Act, the foreign national who is not in possession of a provisional residence permit (machtiging tot voorlopig verblijf) valid for the purpose for which residence is requested, shall be liable for the amount stated in column II or column III respectively for a purpose of residence as referred to in column I.
Ter zake van de afdoening van een aanvraag tot het verlenen of wijzigen onderscheidenlijk verlengen van een verblijfsvergunning als bedoeld in artikel 14 van de Wet, is de vreemdeling die niet in het bezit is van een machtiging tot voorlopig verblijf geldig voor het doel waar verblijf voor wordt gevraagd, voor een verblijfsdoel als bedoeld in kolom I, het daarachter vermelde bedrag in kolom II onderscheidenlijk kolom III verschuldigd.
