The sponsor of a foreign national who wishes to reside in the Netherlands for the purpose of higher education shall ensure that only students who are admissible to the study programme are recruited and that the foreign national is informed of the relevant regulations during recruitment and selection.
De referent van een vreemdeling die in Nederland wil verblijven voor studie in het hoger onderwijs draagt er zorg voor dat alleen studenten worden geworven die toelaatbaar tot de opleiding zijn en dat de vreemdeling bij de werving en selectie op de hoogte wordt gesteld van de relevante regelgeving.
