This chapter contains policy rules applicable to the implementation of Directive 2001/55 (temporary protection). These policy rules are a supplement to or an elaboration of Articles 1, 43a and Article 45, paragraph 6, of the Aliens Act (Vw), Article 3.1a of the Aliens Decree (Vb) and Article 3.9a of the Aliens Regulation (VV).
In dit hoofdstuk zijn beleidsregels opgenomen die gelden bij de toepassing van richtlijn 2001/55 (tijdelijke bescherming). Deze beleidsregels zijn een aanvulling op of een uitwerking van de artikelen 1, 43a en artikel 45, zesde lid, Vw, artikel 3.1a, Vb en artikel 3.9a VV.
