The provisions of this Title shall apply if the place of arbitration is situated in the Netherlands.
In the event that the parties have not determined the place of arbitration, the appointment or the challenge of the arbitrator or arbitrators or of the secretary added to the arbitral tribunal may already take place with the application of the provisions in the first section B of this Title, if at least one of the parties is domiciled or has their actual residence in the Netherlands.
Het in deze Titel bepaalde is van toepassing indien de plaats van arbitrage in Nederland is gelegen.
Ingeval de partijen de plaats van arbitrage niet hebben bepaald, kan de benoeming of de wraking van de arbiter of arbiters of de aan het scheidsgerecht toegevoegde secretaris met toepassing van de voorzieningen in de eerste afdeling B van deze Titel reeds plaatsvinden, indien ten minste een der partijen in Nederland woont dan wel feitelijk verblijf houdt.
