If, with respect to a party, by application of Article 191, paragraph 3, the amount of compensation and the fee of experts have been provisionally debited, the court shall decide, with corresponding application of Article 244, paragraph 2, which part of this amount each of the parties must bear and shall order them accordingly to make payment to the clerk of the court.
Indien ten aanzien van een partij, met toepassing van het derde lid van artikel 191, het bedrag van de schadeloosstelling en het loon van deskundigen voorlopig in debet zijn gesteld, beslist de rechter met overeenkomstige toepassing van artikel 244, tweede lid, welk deel van dit bedrag elk der partijen dient te dragen en veroordeelt hen dienovereenkomstig tot voldoening aan de griffier.
