In the event that the witnesses cannot be heard on a single day, the court shall adjourn the further hearing to a subsequent day, and no new summons shall be issued either to the witnesses who appeared at the hearing or to the party, whether or not they appeared there.
In geval de getuigen niet op één dag kunnen worden gehoord, stelt de rechter het verdere horen tot een nadere dag uit en geschiedt er noch aan de ter zitting verschenen getuigen noch aan de al dan niet aldaar verschenen partij enige nieuwe oproeping.
