The registrar sends the claimant a notice of summons after receipt of the application.
In the summons, the registrar shall include the content and the date of filing of the initiating document, as well as the data referred to in parts h, j, k and l of Article 111, paragraph 2. The registrar shall additionally state the legal consequences that occur if the defendant does not timely pay the court fee due upon their appearance, and the day by which the defendant must file their statement of defence at the latest.
De griffier stuurt de eiser een oproepingsbericht na ontvangst van de procesinleiding.
In het oproepingsbericht neemt de griffier de inhoud en de datum van indiening van de procesinleiding op, alsmede de gegevens bedoeld in de onderdelen h, j, k en l van artikel 111, tweede lid. De griffier vermeldt daarnaast de rechtsgevolgen die intreden indien de verweerder het door zijn verschijning verschuldigde griffierecht niet tijdig voldoet en de dag waarop de verweerder ten laatste zijn verweerschrift kan indienen.
