The Court shall examine the case together with the representatives of the parties and shall, if need be, undertake an investigation, for the effective conduct of which the High Contracting Parties concerned shall furnish all necessary facilities.
Het Hof behandelt de zaak tezamen met de vertegenwoordigers van de partijen en verricht, indien nodig, nader onderzoek, voor de goede voortgang waarvan de betrokken Hoge Verdragsluitende Partijen alle noodzakelijke faciliteiten leveren.
