The Secretary General of the Council of Europe shall notify the member States of the Council of Europe, the non-member States which have participated in the elaboration of this Convention as well as any State Party and any State invited to accede to this Convention, of:

each signature;

any deposit of an instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession;

each date of entry into force of this Convention in accordance with Article 24;

any notification pursuant to the provisions of Article 2;

any declaration received pursuant to the provisions of Article 7, paragraph 2, and the provisions of Article 26, paragraphs 2 and 3;

any reservation and any withdrawal of reservations made pursuant to the provisions of Article 27;

any notification received pursuant to the provisions of Article 28;

each notification received pursuant to the provisions of Article 29 and the date on which the termination becomes effective;

any other act, notification or communication relating to this Convention.

De Secretaris-Generaal van de Raad van Europa stelt de lidstaten van de Raad van Europa, de niet-lidstaten die hebben deelgenomen aan de opstelling van dit Verdrag alsmede elke Staat die Partij is en elke Staat die is uitgenodigd tot dit Verdrag toe te treden, in kennis van:

elke ondertekening;

elke nederlegging van een akte van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding, goedkeuring of toetreding;

elke datum van inwerkingtreding van dit Verdrag overeenkomstig artikel 24;

elke kennisgeving uit hoofde van de bepalingen van artikel 2;

elke verklaring ontvangen uit hoofde van de bepalingen van artikel 7, tweede lid, en de bepalingen van artikel 26, tweede en derde lid;

elk voorbehoud en elke intrekking van voorbehouden gemaakt ingevolge de bepalingen van artikel 27;

elke kennisgeving ontvangen uit hoofde van de bepalingen van artikel 28;

elke uit hoofde van de bepalingen van artikel 29 ontvangen kennisgeving en de datum waarop de opzegging van kracht wordt;

elke andere akte, kennisgeving of mededeling met betrekking tot dit Verdrag.
