Each State Party shall notify the Secretary General of the Council of Europe of the name and address of the authority to which petitions (applications) (verzoeken) under Article 15 may be addressed.

Elke Staat die Partij is stelt de Secretaris-Generaal van de Raad van Europa in kennis van de naam en het adres van de autoriteit waaraan verzoeken uit hoofde van artikel 15 gericht kunnen worden.
