If the community has been dissolved by termination, the spouses may thereafter, however only by means of marriage contract, once again agree upon a community.
Is de gemeenschap door opheffing ontbonden, dan kunnen de echtgenoten daarna, echter alleen bij huwelijkse voorwaarden, wederom een gemeenschap overeenkomen.
