Article 1
in forceIn this decision, the following definitions shall apply:
Our Minister: Our Minister of Justice and Security in his capacity as Minister of the Kingdom;
petitioner: a foreign national who, on the basis of the Netherlands Nationality Act (Rijkswet op het Nederlanderschap), petitions for the grant of Netherlands nationality;
the naturalisation test: the test referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2;
public body: the public bodies of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba.
In dit besluit wordt verstaan onder:
Onze Minister: Onze Minister van Justitie en Veiligheid in zijn hoedanigheid van minister van het Koninkrijk;
verzoeker: vreemdeling die op grond van de Rijkswet op het Nederlanderschap verzoekt om verlening van het Nederlanderschap;
de naturalisatietoets: de toets, genoemd in artikel 2, tweede lid;
openbaar lichaam: de openbare lichamen Bonaire, Sint Eustatius en Saba.
